Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Build loads and schedule pickup/delivery appointments in alignment with customer requirements
- Communicate shipment updates and issues to customers and carriers clearly and professionally
- Adjust previously scheduled appointments as needed due to changes or disruptions
- Support the billing process and assist with documentation when necessary
- Handle email correspondence and phone communication with accuracy and professionalism
- Assist with various account management duties and perform ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned
- Contribute to a positive customer experience by providing award-winning service and timely updates
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Demonstrates strong personal drive; independently motivated to meet goals and deadlines
Known for dependability and reliability; consistently delivers high-quality work
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail with problem-solving ability
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Outlook and Excel
Previous experience in scheduling administration logistics or account coordination
Preferred:
Experience in logistics freight or supply chain environments
Familiarity with scheduling or load-building software
