Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format):
- Serve as Scrum Master / Kanban Manager for 4-5 infrastructure-focused teams within the Service Delivery Management department.
- Lead coach and motivate teams to achieve sprint and project goals while adhering to agile best practices and company adoption strategies.
- Facilitate the agile process including sprint planning iteration cadence release planning and the removal of impediments and risks.
- Manage multiple related tasks and projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and successful program delivery.
- Develop track and report on project metrics success criteria testing and deployment activities.
- Foster a collaborative problem-solving environment and contribute to the continuous improvement of agile practices tools and processes.
- Oversee daily team activities resource allocation and conduct regular team meetings for effective communication and coordination.
- Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and compliant with organizational policies.
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders providing excellent service and clear communication across groups.
- Apply servant-leadership principles to drive change management and agile maturity within infrastructure teams.
- Requirements include proven Agile/Scrum/Kanban and infrastructure experience strong leadership and communication skills and proficiency in Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Preferred qualifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) PMP and/or PMI-ACP certifications; infrastructure experience is mandatory.
- This is a hybrid role based in Alpharetta GA; candidates must be local and eligible to work without sponsorship.
