Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care case management and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age frailty and serious illness. Daily tasks include patient assessments medication administration treatment planning and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. The role involves caring for a culturally diverse high-risk OB population and circulating on cesarean sections.

Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care.
- Perform patient assessments.
- Administer medications.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Circulate on cesarean sections.
- Float between like units as needed.
- Provide skilled nursing care.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
- NRP certification
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Clinical Assessment skills
- Medication Administration skills
- Treatment Planning skills
- Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field
- Drivers license car insurance and automobile for field work
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
- NRP certification
- Active Registered Nurse license

- Treatment Planning skills

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Two years minimum of hospital home health or hospice care experience
- Two years minimum of hospital home health or hospice care experience
Special Considerations:
- Every other weekend is required.
- Facility is able to call off once per two week pay period.
- RNs circulate on cesarean sections.
- Open to accepting first-time travelers.
- Traveler may need to float between like units.
- Facility accepts ***s.
- Pending licenses are not accepted.
- RTO must be included at the time of submission.
