Job Summary
Job Description
- Clinical Coordination:Manage patient flow coordinate care and perform telephone triage to assess patient needs.
- Emergency Response:Schedule emergent appointments and enter admission orders as directed by providers.
- Patient Education:Act as a subject matter expert by identifying learning needs for patients and families and providing clinical recommendations.
- Clinical Skills:Administer medications insert intravenous (IV) access and manage expired samples.
- Leadership & Delegation:Delegate tasks to clinical staff based on scope of practice and competencies; provide backup coverage for MA or LPN duties as needed.
- Education:Associate Degree in Nursing (Required).
- Experience:Open to new graduates (Less than 1 year of experience required).
- Licensure:Active RN license in both Kansas and Missouri.
- Certification:BLS through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
