Job Summary

JD Logistics Analyst

JOB PURPOSE:

A part of RI factory operations this role will assist warehouse operations on inbound and outbound operations. Engages on SAP warehouse management systems for day-to-day operations and ensures transactional quality and adherence to the standard work

JOB DUTIES:

Conducts SAP WM transactional execution
Assists materials movements from receipt to point of use
Develops picking kitting and material movement plans
Creates and governs first pick shortage reports
Adheres to dock to bin metrics and timely excess & short material system adjustments
Ensures IRA (Inventory Record Accuracy) and SLA (Storage Location Accuracy)
Communicates and collaborates with CFT on material grievances
Possesses and demonstrates sound knowledge on SAP WM & IM modules
Monitors and governs required warehouse KPIs
Coordinates and supports internal & external audits
Develops RCCAs for the material variances
Adheres to warehouse operations standard work

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor of Engineering (BE) / equivalent graduation is a must
Experience in warehouse planning / warehouse operations / warehouse management systems
Basic knowledge in SAP WM / equivalent applications
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 applications
Strong Interpersonal skills as role demands active collaboration with cross functional teams.
