Our Performance Skincare brand Melblok makes Restorative Skin Care Powered by Science. Melbloks products are high-performance problem-solving and both effective and safe. We use bio-appropriate clean ingredients and materials that are all-natural sustainable and biodegradable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via calls WhatsApp email and social platforms.

  • Conduct post-purchase feedback and satisfaction calls within 35 days of delivery.

  • Record feedback tag it in CRM and escalate issues needing intervention.

  • Recommend and cross-sell products based on skin type and usage.

  • Follow up with inactive or unsatisfied customers to rebuild trust.

  • Coordinate with logistics for delivery-related concerns.

  • Maintain call logs and update all records accurately in CRM.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Graduate (any stream) with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

  • 02 years of experience in customer service tele-sales or D2C brand support (freshers with strong communication are welcome).

  • Empathetic confident and good at listening and explaining skincare usage.
