As a Customer Support Executive at Melblok youll be the voice of the brand. Youll engage with customers post-purchase understand their skincare journey resolve issues recommend suitable products and create a positive trusted experience that drives repeat purchases and loyalty.

Our Performance Skincare brand Melblok makes Restorative Skin Care Powered by Science. Melbloks products are high-performance problem-solving and both effective and safe. We use bio-appropriate clean ingredients and materials that are all-natural sustainable and biodegradable.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via calls WhatsApp email and social platforms.
Conduct post-purchase feedback and satisfaction calls within 35 days of delivery.
Record feedback tag it in CRM and escalate issues needing intervention.
Recommend and cross-sell products based on skin type and usage.
Follow up with inactive or unsatisfied customers to rebuild trust.
Coordinate with logistics for delivery-related concerns.
Maintain call logs and update all records accurately in CRM.
Required Skills & Experience:
Graduate (any stream) with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
02 years of experience in customer service tele-sales or D2C brand support (freshers with strong communication are welcome).
Empathetic confident and good at listening and explaining skincare usage.
