Oxfam Novib is looking for a qualified candidate who will be taking the Gender Specialist position. The position will lead and coordinate the integration of gender equality and womens empowerment principles in Oxfams program especially communication on renewable energy energy efficiency and green transition projects. The position will also contribute to communication and policy engagement to ensure that womens voices leadership and agency are visible in Vietnams transition toward a just low-carbon and inclusive economy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical support on Gender Mainstreaming in Program and Project
Capacity Building and Learning on Gender for Colleagues and Partners
Lead Gender Mainstreaming in assigned projects
Contributing to Partnership Development and Resource Mobilization
