Job Summary
* Position Summary
Lead the entire payroll flow from processing to reporting and reconciliation to the HCM Cloud and Dayforce for Onboarding and offboarding.
Complete compliance related duties in accordance with company policy Vietnam Labor Laws.
Process for background check ORC and ServiceNow onboarding of employment activities as well offboarding.
Maintaining the employee information accurately on timely and effectively in HCM Cloud and Dayforce
Generate HR reports (headcount working hour & Overtime absence.) and assist with audits and data integrity checks.
Handle insurance administration tax reporting (PIT) and compliance-related documentation.

Qualifications
* Education requirement
- Bachelors degree in HR or Business Administration/Management majoring Human Resources.
* Knowledge & Experience
- Familiarity with knowledge of Vietnam labor law and payroll processes.
- Proficiency in HR systems (HCM Cloud Dayforce) and case management tools.
- Specialist role 2-5 years in HR operations task.
