What Are We Looking For

SentinelOne is seeking a driven Senior Commercial Sales Representative to help grow our presence across Spain and Portugal. If youve spent at least 3 years closing new business in the commercial space love the hunt for new logos and are motivated by exceeding targets youll feel right at home here. Were looking for someone who builds strong relationships enjoys solving client challenges and is energized by winning.

What Will You Do

Youll help accelerate growth across commercial accounts (up to 1500 employees) in Spain and Portugal. That means owning the full sales cycle building a strong pipeline and working closely with both customers and channel partners. While youll spend most of your time hunting for new business youll also nurture a select group of existing accounts.

In this role you will:

  • Lead the entire sales process from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and close with key decision-makers at mid-sized companies
  • Partner with channel teams field sales and internal stakeholders to unlock the full potential of your territory
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline using a mix of outbound efforts and inbound opportunities
  • Develop solid product and market expertise to confidently communicate the value of SentinelOnes solutions
  • Keep a pulse on industry trends and the competitive landscape to strengthen your consultative approach
  • Consistently achieve (and aim to exceed) revenue targets with sharp forecasting and pipeline discipline
  • Share accurate weekly forecasts and insights with leadership
  • Travel once or twice a month as needed
  • Work fully remotely from Spain

What skills and experience should you bring

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the Spanish market and customer landscape
  • 3 years of direct sales experience at a software vendor with a proven track record of closing deals and driving territory growth
  • Experience selling into the commercial segment (501500 employees)
  • Experience working with or through channel partners is strongly preferred
  • Cybersecurity experience is also strongly preferred
  • Skilled in managing complex sales cycles from inbound qualification to executive-level negotiations
  • Comfortable navigating a fast-paced high-growth environment
  • Results-oriented mindset with a competitive edge and high level of self-motivation
  • Strong presentation storytelling and objection-handling skills
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
