As a Specialist and a valued member of the Mestre team you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
- Manage your floor comprehensively encompassing one or more of the four key product categories in our stores (makeup skincare fragrance Sephora Collection).
- Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
- Support Managers in daily activities actively contributing to the development of the stores commercial and HR strategy.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs motivating the team to achieve results.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities (promotions events new product launches CRM campaigns etc.).
- Manage the stockroom maintaining optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures (regulations safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing promotions communication) established by central departments.
- Train new hires and guide them through their growth and development path in collaboration with Managers.
- Interact trustfully & openly with diverse groups of people building relationships within and beyond the organization. Work collectively highlighting wins celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
Do not hesitate to apply if you have:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager Team Leader Supervisor Key Holder) preferably within dynamic multinational retail environments.
- Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and confidence in budget management analysis and daily reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team guiding them toward objectives and fostering a positive and collaborative team spirit.
- Dynamism flexibility and resilience.
