We are looking for talented young professionals for the role of HR Organization Specialist to enrich Cedacris HR Organization team. Your role:
Your key duties and responsibilities
- Design and maintain organizational structures to support business objectives and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and management to analyze staffing needs and optimize team configurations.
- Support organizational change initiatives including restructuring and role redefinition.
- Develop and update job descriptions and competency frameworks in line with company standards.
- Monitor headcount organizational charts and reporting lines to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide data-driven insights and reports on organizational effectiveness and workforce distribution.
-Provide cross-functional support to management in drafting company policies.
-Define standards for defining business processes and oversee the updating and implementation of these processes.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and processes related to organizational design and talent management.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of organizational projects and initiatives.
- Stay informed on best practices and trends in organizational development and HR strategy.

Your skills experience and qualifications required
- Masters degree in engineering or a quantitative field (preferably with honors)
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ability to work well within a team and relate effectively with all levels of organization
-Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
-Ability to identify represent and optimize business processes
-Strong analytical mindset and excellent data representation skills
-Aptitude for using HR/Organizational Information Systems
- With your get things done attitude you can prioritize support and track multiple tasks successfully while meeting deadlines in a constantly changing environment
- Availability to travel to the company location in Emilia Romagna on a weekly basis.
