About the Role
New Vision Bradford is a partnership between Waythrough the Bridge Project Project 6 and Creative Strength. Under this umbrella the partnership delivers an adult substance misuse service for the Bradford District. We provide a safe environment for people to develop life skills and confidence ultimately enabling them to rebuild their lives and become active contributing members of the Bradford community.
We are looking to appoint a Recovery Coordinators on a permanent basis under the New Vision Bradford umbrella to work as part of a team to provide collaborative recovery planning and case management to substance misusers (drug and alcohol) across all stages of the individuals recovery journey from assessment and engagement through to sustained recovery.
