Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end social media marketing across LinkedIn YouTube and X (Twitter)
Create and schedule consistent high-quality content including posts reels and videos tailored to executive audiences
Execute strategic LinkedIn outreach campaigns to boost visibility and engagement
Support promotion of bi-monthly online events attracting professionals
Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) effectively with strong prompting and iteration skills
Respond promptly to inquiries and engage with community members to sustain momentum
Develop B2B content that resonates with executives in manufacturing energy and infrastructure sectors
Monitor analyze and optimize posting schedules for algorithm performance and engagement
Build and nurture relationships within relevant professional groups and online communities
Requirements
23 years of proven experience in social media and digital marketing
Expertise with LinkedIn YouTube and X including content strategy and analytics (portfolio required)
Strong B2B marketing background ideally in tech SaaS or industrial sectors
Experience creating executive-level content for professional audiences
Self-starter with initiative accountability and strong attention to detail
Proficiency with AI content tools and social media management platforms
Demonstrated track record of measurable results
