Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (Tele-Sales) Department: E-Channel Voice Process (Tele-Sales) Location: Vashi Navi Mumbai Experience: Fresher to 3 Years Salary Range: 2.00 LPA 2.80 LPA Incentives: Up to 25000/month based on performance Qualification: Graduate (Full-time or Part-time) Job Overview: We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Customer Relationship Executives for our EChannel Tele-Sales team. This role involves voice-based outbound calling to promote and sell financial products to customers and generate quality leads. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers for product promotion and sales Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets of lead generation and conversions Clearly explain product features benefits and offers Maintain proper call records and follow-up schedules Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction Shift Details: Work Mode: Work from the Office Shift Timings: o Male: Rotational shifts (24x7) o Female: Day rotational shifts only (till 8:30 PM) o Fixed Shift (E-Channel): 9:30 AM 7:30 PM Working Days: 5 days/week Week Off: 2 rotational weekly offs Requirements: Strong verbal communication in English & Hindi Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving skills Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills Interested candidates may send their resume to:
