Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Inside Sales Specialist with a strong background in hardcore sales and extensive experience in the career counseling industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and revenue growth by actively selling career counseling services and products.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports on CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hardcore sales experience with a focus on career counseling products.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred.
