As a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) youll provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a collaborative clinic-based setting that values compassion teamwork and growth.

Position Highlights

Setting: Clinic-based (Virginia Beach VA)
Schedule: MondayFriday 12:00 PM 6:00 PM
Status: Part-time
Reports To: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Compensation: $21.50 $26.00 per hour for RBTs (based on experience and certification)

What Youll Do

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in a clinic-based setting
Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans developed by a supervising BCBA
Collect and record session data accurately using digital tools
Communicate effectively with your supervising BCBA and caregivers
Create a positive structured environment that promotes learning and growth

What Were Looking For

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (preferred)
Candidates with prior ABA or child development experience (required for BTs)
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Reliable compassionate and committed to helping children succeed
Strong communication and teamwork skills
