THE ROLE:
Role Summary
The Director of Business Intelligence leads the enterprise BI strategy for 24 Hour Home Cares Disability Services division. This role is responsible for building scaling and operationalizing analytics reporting and data governance that directly support executive financial operational and workforce decision-making. Partnering closely with senior leadership the Director translates business priorities into trusted insights scalable dashboards and shared performance metrics while developing a high-performing BI function.
Primary Responsibilities
Define and execute the enterprise Business Intelligence strategy aligned to organizational goals and executive priorities
Translate business objectives into scalable KPIs analytics frameworks and standardized reporting across platforms
Oversee the design development and optimization of dashboards data models and automated reporting solutions
Ensure data integrity governance and consistency across Power BI Salesforce and other core systems
Serve as a strategic analytics advisor to executive and cross-functional leaders delivering clear and actionable insights
Identify trends risks and opportunities across operational financial workforce and revenue data to drive performance improvement
Lead develop and scale the Business Intelligence team while promoting analytics adoption and best practices across the organization
This is a hybrid position coming into the El Segundo office 3 days per week.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Skills
Advanced expertise in Power BI SQL and data warehousing concepts
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to strategic decisions
Executive-level data storytelling and communication skills
Strategic thinking with the ability to execute and operationalize analytics at scale
Strong stakeholder partnership and cross-functional collaboration skills
People leadership and team development capabilities
Ability to simplify complex data into clear actionable insights
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Analytics Data Science Business Computer Science or a related field
10 years of experience in business intelligence analytics or data engineering
5 years of experience leading analytics teams and enterprise-level initiatives
Proven experience building and scaling BI infrastructure dashboards and reporting systems
Strong experience working with operational and financial data in multi-location or service-based organizations
