Technical Marketing Manager

This is a growth-oriented mid-level leadership role for a self-starter whos as comfortable analyzing markets and engaging with engineers as directing digital campaigns. Youll own the full marketing landscapedeveloping strategy driving execution and shaping the companys presence in both new and existing markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy blending digital and traditional approaches.
• Investigate and define target markets identifying growth opportunities and potential new product directions.
• Collaborate closely with design engineering to translate customer needs and market trends into product development strategies.
• Build and manage lead generation nurturing and engagement systems that support long-term customer relationships.
• Develop branding communications and digital campaignsincluding website content SEO email programs and social media engagement.
• Represent Marketings strategic voice in cross-functional leadership discussions and business planning.
• Mentor and guide a marketing associate while fostering a collaborative idea-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a technical discipline; MBA is desirable.
• At least 8 years of experience in technical industrial marketing with demonstrated leadership and strategic impact.
• Experience in product launches CRM systems and lead management tools.
• Proven success in developing both digital and traditional marketing initiatives in a technical or manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into persuasive marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical creative and communication skills combined with a hands-on self-directed approach.
• Advanced knowledge of electronic cable or closely aligned products is desirable.
• Authorized to work in the United States without a current or future employment visa.
