• Educate and guide guests on homecare and personalized skincare routines for lasting results.
• Provide a full array of spa services including signature services advanced protocols as well as body treatments
• Build lasting guest relationships through genuine connection care and professionalism.
• Maintain a pristine and peaceful work environment upholding state regulations and brand standards.
• Partner with fellow service providers and spa leadership to create a seamless five-star experience for every guest.
• Utilize spa software to manage appointments and guest information efficiently.

• Active State Esthetician License (required)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in professional skincare preferably in a luxury or wellness spa environment
• Strong knowledge of holistic and clinical skincare techniques
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine love for guest service
• Ability to educate and engage with guests by participating in marketing campaigns in-person and community initiatives
• A team-oriented mindset and desire to grow alongside other high-performing professionals
• Commitment to continuing education and staying current with skincare innovations
• Reliable consistent attendance and the flexibility to work weekdays weekends and holidays
• Current Hydrafacial or Advanced Skin Care certification(s) desired
