Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating and improving HR workflows and their integration with Oracle-based systems.
- Partnering with HR leaders and IT teams to align end-user needs with technical solutions.
- Driving continuous improvement in global HR operations and administrative processes.
- Ensuring Oracle deployment optimizes efficiency and user experience while supporting accurate data structures for analytics.
- Developing process maps workflows and business requirement documents for tech changes.
- Leading enterprise-wide and local process improvement initiatives.
- Bringing best practices in HR operations tools and technology to the organization.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Deep functional knowledge of Oracle HR platforms and modules.
- Six Sigma training or equivalent experience in large/global projects.
- Understanding of Design Thinking and customer-centric systems design.
- Strong grasp of operational KPIs and metrics.
- Experience with M&A or integration projects is a plus.
- Ability to lead projects and collaborate across functions.
- Curiosity for new technologies and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
