Job Summary

The Intake Coordinator is responsible for all oversight and implementation of the intake process for Maryhurst Renewal client referrals. The Intake Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and processing all incoming referrals creating client records in the Maryhurst ECR maintaining communication with referral partners and incoming clients and coordinating with Maryhurst Renewal Leadership and staff to ensure the intake and client admission process is smooth and efficient.

Coordinate scheduling of intakes with intake therapists clients guardians and/or partnering schools and agencies
Maintaining intake/referral spreadsheets intake scheduling calendars referral submission sources and client electronic records
Generate client consent packets review with clients/guardian send for electronic signature and upload to clients electronic record
Run and analyze referral reports for Renewal Leadership and Quality Improvement

High school diploma or equivalent
Must possess a valid drivers license and be eligible to drive per the Maryhurst driving policy
Strong time management and detail-orientation skills
Successful in an environment characterized by multi-tasking and change
Ability to effectively communicate well with staff vendors clients families partner agencies and other community partners

Our residential programs break the cycle of abuse using treatments that restore hope and successfully transition children to more permanent community or family-based settings. Maryhursts community and transitional living programs offer tools that prepare survivors of abuse and neglect for better more hope-filled futures. And lastly the team at Maryhurst Renewal partners with children adults and families who are hurting to find the right combination of support ultimately clearing barriers to success at home at school and in the community. Renewal provides one-on-one group and family counseling in office home or school-based settings.
