About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Operations Intern who is passionate about solving customer issues through data technology and process improvements. This role blends technical troubleshooting supply operations and automation work using Python and SQL to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Youll work closely with our Supply Product and Engineering teams to analyse resolve and automate customer issues while also supporting internal reporting and project tracking.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering Product Customer Success) to automate delivery activities.
Build and maintain automation scripts or tools using Python/SQL to simplify recurring operational tasks.
Analyse customer data and trends to identify recurring issues or opportunities for process improvement.
Support project delivery through tracking milestones preparing updates and coordinating with vendors or internal stakeholders.
Participate in post-mortem reviews to document lessons learned and propose preventive actions.
What Were Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field.
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Good working knowledge of SQL and Python (for data queries analysis and automation).
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
Bonus Points
- Exposure to APIs SaaS products or cloud communication systems.
- Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI Tableau Looker Studio).
- Understanding of customer support workflows or CRM systems.
- Prior internship or project experience in technical support data operations or automation.
