Job Summary

Proposal Manager / Marketing Specialist AEC Industry

Were looking for a skilled Proposal Manager / Marketing Specialist to lead the development of high-quality proposals for both private and government clients. This role involves managing RFQs/RFPs collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring proposal content is compelling compliant and consistent with the companys brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Proposal Management: Lead proposal development for prime and subconsultant roles including design-build and progressive design-build projects.

Content Creation: Tailor resumes project descriptions and technical approaches to create persuasive compliant proposals.

Collaboration: Work closely with Principals Project Managers and Graphic Designers to create unified content.

Branding & Strategy: Ensure brand consistency and deliver proposals with a compelling narrative that highlights the firms differentiators.

Quality Control: Proofread edit and finalize submissions ensuring high accuracy and quality.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience: Bachelors in Marketing Communications Engineering or related field; 5-10 years of proposal writing experience with 5 years in the AEC industry.

Skills: Proficient in MS Office Adobe Creative Suite and proposal management software (Deltek Vantagepoint Cosential preferred).

Strong written and oral communication attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Additional Info:

Occasional travel and evening/weekend work may be required.

Valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record are needed.
