As a Marketing Officer on a 10-month contract youll help bring AnglicareSAs mission to life through smart engaging campaigns that elevate our brand and connect people to services that matter.

What youll do

Youll work with the Marketing and Communications team to support campaign development content coordination brand management and stakeholder engagement. Youll also play a key role in tracking performance and ensuring our messaging is meaningful inclusive and aligned to our values.

Supporting the broader marketing strategy youll collaborate across all areas of the organisation from Aged Care and Community Services to Disability Housing and Corporate Services.

Youll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

  • Supporting the delivery of integrated campaigns across digital print and CRM platforms
  • Coordinating marketing collateral production and ensuring brand consistency
  • Monitoring campaign outcomes and suggesting data-informed improvements
  • Helping create targeted content that drives community awareness and engagement
  • Organising marketing events and initiatives that reflect our inclusive customer-first culture

What youll bring

To thrive in this role you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing Communications or a related field thats given you a strong foundation.
  • Around 3 - 5 years experience in a marketing or communications role
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and build strong relationships
  • Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail - youre someone who can juggle tasks and still spot the small things
  • The ability to manage multiple projects meet deadlines and stay calm under pressure

Wed also love you to have:

  • Knowledge of SEO content marketing and CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a bonus)
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop) to support creative production
  • A proactive curious mindset and a genuine passion for using your marketing skills to create positive change
  • An understanding of the not-for-profit or community services sector or a strong desire to learn
