Job Summary
The Dual Food and Beverage Supervisor play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen in the hotels. This position ensures food and beverage are prepared efficiently safely and to brand standards while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and supporting a small culinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House F&B operations
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Create detailed reports on weekly monthly and annual revenues and expenses
