Role Overview:
An Integration Manager is required for our higher education client to be responsible for leading the integration services and platforms used by the organisation to manage enterprise data.
The integration team is responsible for the application development and application maintenance of their core integration technologies which are primarily Boomi Oracle Integrations Microsoft SSIS and Software AG WebMethods. The integration team is responsible for over 800 integration jobs maintaining data links between their core internal and external systems and they are implementing a new integration/middleware environment called Boomi.
As the Integration Manager your responsibility will be to lead the Integration Engineering team in the development of organisational systems and build capabilities including automation and continuous integration.
You will manage and maintain the integration of the organisation ensuring the technological stability while building integration functional capabilities. You will manage the information security architecture risk management privacy security and assurance and ensure that the integration service meets the needs of a diverse range of stakeholders by building strong relationships with internal and external addition you will help to drive up better management and delivery of data throughout the enterprise.
Essential Skills & Experience required
The Integration Manager will be a strategic and technically proficient leader with substantial experience in enterprise integration technologies and data management. You will demonstrate a strong understanding of middleware platforms automation and continuous integration practices alongside a proven ability to manage complex systems and lead high-performing technical teams.
Havingf excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for this role as is the ability to influence outcomes and align integration services with institutional priorities. A commitment to information security data governance and service excellence will be key for this role.
As the Integration Manager you will possess the following:
Desirable qualifications would be any of the following:
Advanced ITIL certification; BCS Practitioner Certificate in Systems Integration; Boomi Professional Developer Certification
