What Youll Need
- RMN registration and valid UK NMC Pin essential
- Senior leadership experience within CAMHS or child/adolescent mental health services
- Proven ability to lead a clinical team manage complex care needs and maintain compliance with CQC standards
- Passion for training mentoring and developing staff
What Youll Do
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the CAMHS ward.
- Support mentor and develop the clinical team to deliver high-quality person-centred care.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and clinical governance policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with young people families and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Oversee clinical documentation audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Champion best practice in child and adolescent mental health nursing.
