What Youll Need

  • RMN registration and valid UK NMC Pin essential
  • Senior leadership experience within CAMHS or child/adolescent mental health services
  • Proven ability to lead a clinical team manage complex care needs and maintain compliance with CQC standards
  • Passion for training mentoring and developing staff

What Youll Do

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the CAMHS ward.
  • Support mentor and develop the clinical team to deliver high-quality person-centred care.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and clinical governance policies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with young people families and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Oversee clinical documentation audits and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Champion best practice in child and adolescent mental health nursing.
