Job Summary

We are looking for a V.I.E. growth marketing and lead generation specialist to join our team at Euronext Corporate Solutions. The position will be based in Amsterdam Netherlands and will start on 1 January 2026.

You will be primarily responsible for:

  • Developing auditing and executing targeted growth marketing strategies focusing on lead generation and demand generation
  • Designing and auditing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns including LinkedIn Ads Microsoft Ads Google Ads SEO and paid media strategies
  • Owning lead generation funnel optimisation leveraging CRM tools (such as HubSpot) automation and analytics to enhance lead conversion
  • Creating and sponsoring high-value content including whitepapers market insights and case studies to establish thought leadership and drive demand
  • Leading website tracking enhancements and digital experiences ensuring seamless navigation and impactful targeting
  • Collaborating with the lead generation manager and growth marketing managers to align marketing efforts with corporate growth objectives
  • Analysing performance metrics and continuously refining marketing strategies based on insights and data-driven optimisation using HubSpot dashboards
  • Creating dashboards and reporting tools to assess optimise and report on growth marketing activities

Your profile:

  • Masters degree (Bac 5)
  • Minimum two years experience in growth marketing lead generation and digital strategy
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Google Analytics Google Ads and other paid channels (Meta Ads programmatic ads LinkedIn Ads)
  • Strong expertise in reporting and dashboarding tools (Looker Studio HubSpot dashboards Power BI)
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce)
  • Fluent in English (French Dutch Swedish or German is a plus)
  • Proven track record in demand generation pipeline acceleration and conversion optimisation
  • Strong understanding of tagging and tracking (Google Tag Manager Segment)
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a storytelling approach to content creation and engagement
  • Project management experience with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns budgets and stakeholder interactions
