As an Enterprise Sales Executive for the Dutch market you will be responsible for driving growth with strategic enterprise accounts across the Netherlands. Based from our Amsterdam office (hybrid) youll work closely with both regional and international teams to shape and execute go-to-market strategies and position UiPaths AI and automation solutions with senior decision-makers.
With a consultative sales approach you will identify opportunities develop value-driven business cases and build strong long-term partnerships with C-level stakeholders.
Achieve and exceed revenue targets within the Dutch enterprise segment.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive expansion upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and value discovery to complex contract negotiation and closing.
Collaborate with internal teams including Product Solutions Engineering Strategy Marketing and Operations to shape solutions based on customer needs.
Stay ahead of AI and automation developments within your accounts and the Dutch market to proactively identify opportunities.
58 years of experience in enterprise or strategic sales within a technical software or SaaS environment.
Strong network and trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in large Dutch organizations (finance industry tech energy or public sector preferred).
Proven track record in closing complex multi-stakeholder deals.
A consultative mindset focused on value long-term partnerships and business impact rather than just transactions.
Strategic thinking natural curiosity and a genuine enthusiasm for the impact of AI and automation on business transformation.
Fluent Dutch and English are preferred
