Senior General Liability Claims Adjuster
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior General Liability/Premise Liability Claims Adjuster to join a growing team. The successful candidate will handle a variety of litigated and non-litigated Commercial General Liability Claims with a focus on delivering empathetic and high-quality claims management. - Salary: $80000 - $100000/year (flexible based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of approximately 150 claims including 30%-40% litigated files.
- Handle Commercial General Liability Claims including slip-and-fall and premise liability cases for a variety of accounts:
- 70% Habitational (multi-family condos apartments homeowner associations)
- 30% Commercial (hotels shopping malls restaurants hospitality)
- Oversee claims originating from multiple states with a primary focus on Florida.
- Collaborate with legal teams and other stakeholders to ensure effective resolution of claims.
- Maintain a high standard of empathy and quality in claims handling aligning with the companys culture and values.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience handling complex premise liability claims.
- Active Adjusters License in at least one state (Florida license preferred).
- Proven litigation experience in claims management.
- Background in Third-Party Administration (TPA) is required.
- Demonstrated ability to handle claims with empathy and prioritize quality over quantity.
- Stable work history with a minimum of 4 years at previous companies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative and proactive approach.
