About the role
Anglicare WA Bridges Disability Support Service provides individualised support to people with a disability with the aim that each person can achieve the best life possible. We work alongside the people we support their family and/or caregivers allied health professionals and other community groups to deliver a high-quality service.
In this rewarding role youll help ensure our services are delivered with excellence and truly reflect the goals and aspirations of the people we support. Youll play a key part in rostering and planning leave coverage making sure our team is always ready to provide consistent high-quality care. Youll also be hands-on in recruitment induction and trainingsetting our Support Workers up for success from day one. Working closely with the Area Coordinator youll champion person-centered service delivery that meets all relevant standards and regulations while staying aligned with the strategic direction of Anglicare WA.
This is a part time role (22.5 hours per week) working Monday - Fridays. There will also be a requirement to be available for additional hours during the week for Support Worker shift coverage.
About you
You will have a good understanding of person-centered practice and are passionate about supporting people with a disability. To be successful in this role you will have:
You must possess a current NDIS Worker Screen Check National Police Clearance valid within one year a Provide First Aid Certificate and a WA Drivers Licence.
