Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Communication: Ability to lead meetings/capture notes identify gaps follow-up on decisions communicate with Tech and non-tech audience
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong collaboration skills to work with various business partners
- Requirements Elicitation: Ability to gather and define business requirements
- Problem Solving: Questioning mindset to challenge/solve the business problem statements
- Agile Methodology: Seasoned in Agile practices/Story Writing in particular
- Critical Thinking: Can do attitude with willingness to think out of the box
- Technology: Archer JIRA Rally will be a plus
- Self-Starter and able to deliver with minimal supervision
