The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) individual contributor will have responsibility for the execution of HR processes and activities to support designated customer groups within the Commercial Avionics organization. The HRBP will collaborate with the business as an advisor and architect on topics including organizational effectiveness change and talent management organizational learning and development performance management and total rewards. Additionally through partnership with other HR Leaders Business Partners and COEs this position will provide leadership and support in the execution of strategic HR initiatives such as workforce planning succession planning employee engagement employee relations and talent development.

This role will be worked onsite in Wilson North Carolina. Eligible for Relocation to Wilson NC.

What You Will Do:

• Strategic Execution: Partner with business leaders to execute Fire Protection Systems people strategies that support Avionics and Collins Aerospace goals and drive measurable results.

• Organizational Consulting: Advise and counsel executives and people leaders to drive employee engagement retention team development and overall organizational effectiveness.

• Talent Management & Development: Execute core HR processes including performance development succession planning staffing salary planning and incentive compensation.

• Change Management: Lead and support change management initiatives helping to guide the organization through structural and process evolutions.

• Workforce Planning: Participate in workforce planning processes and programs focused on current and future organizational needs developing solutions around talent acquisition organizational structure and capability gaps.

• Collaboration & Influence: Be a positive disruptor while effectively balancing competing priorities and influencing stakeholders.

• Seamless Service Delivery: Collaborate effectively with the broader HR organization partnering specifically with functional HR partners and the Centers of Excellence (CoE) to ensure the seamless delivery of key HR processes and programs to the client group.

• Travel up to 5%

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a Universitydegree and minimum 8 years of experience or an advanced degree and 5 years of experience

• Experience in one or more HR fundamental areas (ie. talent acquisition compensation/benefits performance development employee relations organizational change learning and development and org. effectiveness).

• Industry Experience: Experience as a strategic HR business partner in a manufacturing aerospace or defense environment.

• Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills and experience drawing appropriate conclusions from data to inform decision-making.

• HR Certification such as PHR SPHR SHRM-CP

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 101000 USD - 203000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
