What Youll Do:

• Lead & Inspire: Train new team members and deliver engaging refreshers to keep everyone aligned and informed.

• Coach for Success: Guide the AP team through the P2P process ensuring a solid backup plan is always in place.

• Standardize & Streamline: Own and update SOPs helping shape a consistent and efficient AP process.

• Be the Go-To Expert: Act as the escalation point for complex AP issues and provide hands-on support.

• Solve & Support: Tackle aged items blocked invoices GRNI debit balances and down payment requests with confidence.

• Analyze & Improve: Dive into monthly metrics uncover insights and recommend process enhancements.

• Ensure Compliance: Monitor AP operations to guarantee SOX P2P controls are met and maintained.

What We Need:

• Experience: 2.5 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
• Education: Bachelors degree in the Accounting / Finance / Economics
• Tool: SAP Microsoft Office
• Language: English
