- Manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover.
- Coordinate subcontractors and site activities to meet programme milestones.
- Conduct design reviews and value engineering to optimise cost and performance.
- Monitor project finances including procurement variations and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain strong client and consultant relationships.
- Lead project risk management and implement effective controls.
- Support estimating and planning processes for future schemes.
- Promote behavioural safety and sustainability across delivery teams.
Qualifications :
- Degree/HND/HNC in Mechanical Electrical or Construction-related discipline.
- SMSTS CSCS or equivalent certification.
- Proven track record in M&E project delivery within Tier 2/3 subcontractors.
- Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness and ability to balance programme quality and cost.
- Experience with major projects in commercial leisure healthcare or industrial sectors.
