Job Summary

Build aesthetically pleasing accessible and user-friendly interfaces that empower borrowers and enhance the overall customer experience.
Collaborate closely with Product and UX teams to translate design concepts into seamless high-performing digital experiences.
Lead the design and delivery of significant components of the platform ensuring high-quality maintainable and scalable solutions.
Contribute to the development of robust and secure software within a cross-functional engineering team supporting a strong and adaptable technology foundation.
Write clean maintainable and well-documented code that adheres to established coding standards and best practices.
Promote engineering excellence through effective planning design code review deployment and ongoing support.
Take full accountability for the quality and reliability of the codebase proactively identifying and resolving issues in production environments.
Support a culture of continuous improvement through collaboration feedback and innovation.
Contribute to the integration of AI capabilities within web applications helping to shape Lendi Groups AI-native product experiences.

Qualifications :

Minimum of five years of professional experience in front-end engineering delivering complex and scalable web applications across modern browsers.
Advanced proficiency in JavaScript TypeScript HTML5 and CSS.
Deep experience with React and Redux including a strong understanding of state management component architecture and performance optimization.
Familiarity with advanced rxjs patterns and webpack configuration.
Strong understanding of design systems and atomic design principles.
Experience with CSS-in-JS frameworks such as Styled Components or Emotion.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with designers and UX specialists to deliver high-quality user-focused interfaces.
Proven experience working with and developing RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Solid understanding of web performance scalability and security best practices.
Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Broader full-stack experience including building back-end services microservices databases or APIs..
Demonstrated AI literacy and the ability to design and implement AI-native user experiences using Lendi Groups internal AI platforms and tools.
