Job Summary
This position is responsible for overseeing the daily food and beverage service and ensuring that it meets the guests expectation to the highest standard by following hygienic food and beverage handling procedures. This role works with the Ora Bistro and kitchen teams taking accountability on a shift basis for the operations of the outlet through effective people skills support of revenue initiatives and providing excellence in service.
Qualifications :
Ideally a minimum of 1 year experience working in a restaurant hotel or similar industry setting.
