NZRC offers a full time equivalent total remuneration approach of $107848 for this role which comprises of base salary as well as employer contribution to KiwiSaver. The prorata total remuneration for 0.9FTE (33.75 hours per week) is $97063.20 (including KiwiSaver). While remuneration rates are set to reflect that we are a humanitarian not for profit organisation we believe our employee leave provision and flexible working arrangements provide a highly rewarding work experience.

Were looking for an energetic and passionate Senior Advisor Health Safety and Wellbeing to join our small but mighty Health Safety and Wellbeing team at New Zealand Red Cross!
In this exciting and varied role no one day will be the same! You will collaborate with our business units to provide expert HSW advice guidance and support while also leading the development and implementation of HSW systems policies initiatives and programmes that align with NZRCs overall HSW strategy. Youll play a key role in driving impactful health safety and wellbeing projects that truly make a difference.
