What you will bring to the role:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role within high-end dining operations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Certificate in Commercial Cookery Level 4 or above or equivalent
- Proven experience in leading training and developing teams
- A true love and passion for food and creating genuine memorable guest experiences
