As a Chef de Partie at Garçon Bleu you will work under the Sous Chef to deliver high-quality French-inspired dishes with precision and flair.  Youll demonstrate strong leadership by training and supporting team members. With the ability to excel under pressure youll collaborate within a diverse team to consistently deliver refined French-inspired dishes and an elevated guest experience.


Qualifications :

What you will bring to the role:

  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role within high-end dining operations
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Certificate in Commercial Cookery Level 4 or above or equivalent
  • Proven experience in leading training and developing teams
  • A true love and passion for food and creating genuine memorable guest experiences
