As a Senior/ Inside Sales Engineer your scope extends beyond technical solutioning product customization and field-level support to include commercial structuring order processing and internal coordination making you a key contributor to both customer satisfaction and business success.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Prepare and issue technical and commercial proposals based on customer inquiries.
- Size and select appropriate models based on customer process conditions.
- Ensure proposed solutions are technically accurate and commercially sound.
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen to structure quotes that align with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Provide reliable technical clarifications and assist with day-to-day application issues.
- Deliver product and technical training to customers as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date proficiency in product knowledge and applications.
- Participate in technical and commercial clarification meetings with customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate with factories and sales teams to ensure timely quote and order fulfillment.
- Support sales targets through accurate and timely quote/order execution.
- Review customer orders and ensure proper order entry into the system.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including operations and logistics.
- Assist in lead qualification and follow-up activities.
- Ensures compliance of workplace safety rules including but not limited to the usage of a personal protective equipment if provided to you while working; not involve in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger peers or oneself; reporting unsafe work conditions and providing suggestions to improve safety/ health at work as needed.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Chemical or Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
- Strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles.
- 23 years of experience in Application Engineering or Inside Sales roles.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong critical thinking skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong commercial acumen to structure quotes that align with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Ability to think outside the box to solve problems creatively while complying with company policies safety standards and commercial guidelines.
- A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Experience in sizing and selection of Pressure Safety Valves or Pressure Regulators would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of commercial terms and conditions of sale will be an advantage.
- Adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
