Job Summary

Our client a respected mid-size firm in Toronto is seeking a lawyer with 3-5 years of experience to join its Asset-Based/Real Estate Lending Group. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial lending including asset-based secured mezzanine subordinated distressed and real estate lending (acquisition and construction).This is a unique opportunity to develop expertise in real estate lending work with sophisticated institutional clients and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative high-performing group.
