We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Professional to join our Imports/Exports team.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be involved in the following activities:
- Administration of goods shipment/tracking and evaluation of transport offers
- Transport cost budgeting administration
- Coordinating transports and ensuring on time shipments review of orders and coordination of shipping documents
- Preparation of shipping instructions for the import & export documents
- Grouping material in each customs duty code ordering and monitoring of cargos customs clearance and issuance of import & export certifications
- Carrying out external work in public authorities related to the receipt of export documents where is demanded
- Ensuring cargos insurance
- Coordination of loads in collaboration with the Warehouses Department
- Cooperation with the Departments of Production Procurement Sales Warehouse and Accounting
Requirements- At least 5 years of experience in the supply chain field including duties related with imports-exports coordination
- Updated Knowledge of existing laws and requirements of the Public Sector related with the specific field
- Excellent use of English language both written and spoken coupled with knowledge of the corresponding terminology
- Excellent oral communication & in written skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Ability to initiative in managing critical case problems
- Understanding of tariff classification and proper management of customs formalities
