渠道经理工作内容
POP:
- 定期收集预测跟分销商沟通预测并根据实际情况及时调整预测
- 参加分销商一对一的月度项目总结会对每家分销商的SPR情况做到心中有数
- 督促分销商下单针对分销产品根据计划团队提供的生产计划安排每周货期
- 审批分销商订单 看配比是否合理货期是否按要求
POS
- 根据每月POS报表分析每家分销商业务方面的问题并跟分销商适时沟通如何改善
- 针对美国提出的一些问题给予及时答复
库存管理
- 随时关注每家分销商库存定期跟分销商review库存情况针对每家出现的问题商量解决方案如何优化库存
- 针对一些周转慢的库存帮助协调分销商之间是否有实际需求
数据分析
- 做相关的数据分析工作针对分销商出现的不同问题给出优化方案包括POPPOS库存attach rate促进分销商的良性运作
其它
- 熟悉康普渠道政策规定规则指导分销商遵守并认真执行
背景和所需经验的具体要求
- 本科及以上学历至少大学本科
- 工作年限至少5年以上
- 行业背景有在外企工作经验最好有同行业工作经验5年以上有经验管理总代
- 语言熟练掌握英语读写无障碍具备大学英语四级或以上的水平
