Job Summary:
Krsnadasa Inc. DBA TUTOR DOCTOR is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an English STEM and Special Education Tutor for elementary students. This is a part-time hourly position serving families in Shrewsbury and surrounding towns in Massachusetts. The Tutor will provide individualized instruction and ASD support to help elementary students achieve their academic and developmental goals.
Compensation & Benefits:
$22 to $31 per hour based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:
Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to each elementary students needs and learning objectives
Provide instruction in English STEM and Special Education subjects including reading writing math science and social studies
Support elementary students with diverse learning needs including ASD
Use engaging age-appropriate teaching strategies and materials
Monitor and track student progress and provide regular updates to parents/guardians
Collaborate with parents teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student performance
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: High School Diploma; Bachelors degree in Education or Special Education preferred
At least 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience in English Math and Special Education (ASD support) at the elementary level
Strong knowledge of current educational principles teaching techniques and curriculum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs of elementary students
Passion for helping young learners achieve academic success
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to commute to students homes for one-on-one in-person tutoring
