About the Role

Join our team providing customer support for telecom products and services. Youll assist French-speaking customers with inquiries technical questions and account issues while ensuring a high level of service.

Requirements

Native or C2 level French
Good English communication skills
Availability to work in rotating shifts (MonSat 7 AM7 PM)
Must have valid work documents:

EU Citizenship or
Portuguese Residence Card
Including valid NIF and NISS
