Job Summary

At PwC our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic SAP human capital at PwC you will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements implement HCM software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP HCM applications. Working in this area you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes enhance talent management and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity


When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the SAP Human Capital team you shall lead the creation and implementation of impactful SAP solutions. As a Senior Manager you shall guide the execution of large projects innovate processes and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You shall leverage your specialized knowledge and technical acumen of industry-leading business trends the firms client service offerings and professional industry networks to deliver quality results to clients and provide strategic input into the firms business strategies.

What You Must Have


- Bachelors Degree
- 10 years of experience with 10-15 years of experience preferred
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
