Our client a long-established Irish construction firm with a strong international portfolio is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team on a major data centre project in Belgium. The company is known for delivering large-scale commercial and data centre developments to the highest standards.

Rotation: 10 / 4

Key Responsibilities:

Manage contractual and commercial elements of large-scale projects
Oversee subcontractor agreements variations and project reporting
Ensure compliance with contract terms budgets and schedules
Lead a site-based commercial team and liaise with senior management in Ireland

Requirements:

Proven experience in contract management within construction
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Excellent leadership reporting and communication abilities
Willingness to relocate to Belgium and work within a rotation system
