Whats the role

Were looking for an Executive Manager to lead risk in change activities across the Financial Markets Transformation Portfolio. Youll work closely with project teams business stakeholders and risk partners to identify and manage delivered risks support strategic execution and embed a strong risk culture.

This role covers initiatives like Front Office Simplification Product System upgrades Platforms & Data and Regulatory/Remediation programs. Youll operate autonomously lead risk workshops and represent Risk in Change in senior forums.

This is a Permanent fulltime role based in Sydney with flexible working arrangements available (3 days in the office).

What do I need

Were after someone with deep risk expertise and strong market knowledge who thrives in complex change environments.

Heres what will help you succeed:

  • Extensive experience in risk advice or first line risk
  • Strong understanding of change execution standards (e.g. TDS)
  • Experience in financial markets and transformation programs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to simplify complex risks and drive continuous improvement
