DescriptionThe JPMorganChaseSports & Entertainment Marketing team manages the firms sponsorship portfolio including marquee partnerships with Madison Square Garden the US Open and Chase Center. The team is responsible for the management activation and fulfillment of sponsorship assets to support line of business objectives and drive brand and business value.
As a Marketing Delivery Senior Associate on the Sports and Entertainment Marketing team you will focus on location management for the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge oversee select Sports & Entertainment (S&E) properties and contribute to marketing and communications initiatives that drive brand engagement and business impact. You will lead planning and execution of event logistics across multiple locations and coordinate with internal stakeholders external vendors and local teams to ensure seamless event delivery. You will also track and report on campaign performance providing insights and recommendations and contribute to the overall management of the firms sponsorship portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage budgets timelines and compliance for each event site.
- Analyze event performance and provide recommendations for future improvements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Sports & Entertainment Marketing team and digital teams for the Corporate Challenge Series.
- Coordinate digital marketing initiatives website updates and social media campaigns to drive engagement and participation.
- Ensure digital assets and communications align with brand standards and event objectives.
- Collaborate with Controls partners to manage processes and ensure adherence to risk obligations
- Oversee select sports and entertainment sponsorship properties ensuring alignment with firm objectives.
- Maintain relationships with property partners and monitor contract deliverables.
- Support activation planning and execution for sponsored events and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the creation of content collateral and communications for internal and external audiences
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field.
- 3 years of experience in marketing event management sponsorship or related areas.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with external partners and vendors.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Support senior team members in developing presentations and materials for leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with marketing analytics tools.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Experience in sports and entertainment marketing or sponsorship management.
- Familiarity with large-scale event planning and execution.
- Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus.
