Pharmacy Warehouse Associates

Entry-Level/No experience required Full-Time

Registration Opportunity: If you are not yet registered we will train you to become a Registered Pharmacy Technician within 6 months of hire!

$1500 Sign-On Bonus (Payable in 2 installments- First upon hire and the second payment after meeting the registration requirement within 6 months of hire)

As a Pharmacy Warehouse Associate you will support daily operations by organizing inventory labeling medications and assisting with order fulfillment.

Also seeking pharmacy equipment operators who will operate and maintain automated dispensing equipment to ensure accurate and efficient medication packaging.

Required Qualifications

• Must have an active Registered Pharmacy Technician license with the Florida (FL) Board of Pharmacy OR be able to earn a Florida (FL) Registered Pharmacy Technician license through our Pharm Tech University within 6 months of hire

• Experience as a pharmacy technician OR call center experience in a pharmacy OR any factory/warehouse setting experience

• Problem solver who can find viable solutions that meet business needs

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Ability to walk and stand during an entire work shift

• Ability to lift 35lbs occasionally and 25-30lbs frequently

• Possess hand strength to grasp and twist items continuously

• Ability to reach above the waist and shoulders frequently

• Bend twist and reach frequently

• Comfortable working at heights of 20ft

• Ability to work on-site full-time at the CenterWell dispensing center located at 11010 Florida Crown Dr . Suite 200 Orlando FL 32824

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharmacy dispensing

• Critical thinker who can anticipate business needs and take initiative ask the right questions and deliver the highest quality customer experience

• Moderate working knowledge of Excel

Additional Information

Work Hours: 8-hour shift Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. EST (Based on business need)

• Overtime (Can include weekends-Saturday and/or Sunday) based on business needs

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills knowledge experience education certifications etc.

$39000 - $49400 per year
